Why most buyers in our market end up overpaying — or settling.

Inventory in Kanata-Stittsville is tight. Spring 2026 is busier than last year — open houses are full, the right home priced right is gone in days, and you're competing against buyers who have already been through three offers and lost. The price-per-square-foot in Jackson Trails is not the price-per-square-foot in Glen Cairn, and it shouldn't be treated like it is.
